About Electric by D’Ieteren (EDI)
EDI is bringing the Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem to the next level in Belgium by providing turn-key solutions from the purchase decision to the daily usage of an EV. More specifically EDI is selling charging stations with installation and services such as connectivity, split billing, energy management and charging cards in a seamless way to EV drivers and fleet managers. EDI is a fully owned subsidiary of D’Ieteren Auto and aims at becoming the #1 EV charging player in Belgium.
Who we’re looking for
EDI is looking for an experienced, self-driven and highly motivated Key Account Manager to generate business and build lasting relationships with (new) fleet customers. You will be reporting to the Head of Fleet Solutions, and working closely with Sales, Operations and Technical Services.
Key Account & Partnership Manager responsibilities
✓ Attract, manage, and grow accounts in the fleet segmentin order to ensure thatsales objectives are met and exceeded.
✓ Team up with the Key Account Managers of D’Ieteren Group Fleet Solutions
✓ Consistent and continued usage of the CRM system, to log appointments, calls, contacts and meeting notes. Maintain a suite of accurate reports.
✓ Develop and keep excellentproduct knowledge in respect of all charging solutions and processes. Contribute to strengthen EDI value propositions towards fleet customers
✓ Work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Key Account & Partnership Manager skills
✓ A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✓ Strong team-player. Ability to maneuver both in corporate & entrepreneurial environments.
✓ Bachelor degree, or equivalent work experience.
✓ Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
✓ Excellent verbal and written conversation in Dutch, French and English
✓ Previous commercial experience with fleet customers, electric mobility and/or dealers
✓ Passionate about developing electric mobility
